Whether raw materials stainless steel & carbon steel can be slitted on one set same machine ?

Yes, stainless steel and carbon steel both ok, just need change the tools（blades） of the slitting machine

What materials are the tools (blades) used for slitting stainless steel and carbon steel respectively ?

Stainless steel : LD+ nickel ; Carbon steel : H13K. Material certificates cannot be provided for the time being

How much power is needed to install machines of different models ?

For the standard model 850mm ,with a thickness of 0.3-3.0mm= about 138kw. Model 1350mm = about 318kw, Model 1650mm = about 422.5kw. All machines are optional and customized, there are a little differences in power

How many strips can be slitted into in one times operation ?

Thickness of over 3.0mm, it can be slitted into 10 strips ; Thickness below 2.0mm, depends on the number of tools (blades) ; It can be customized according to the customer's requirements

Whether the machine can be customized for a specific thickness range ?

We are a manufacturer and we have overseas installation experience many years. we will send a machine engineer and an electrician. the machine engineer will go to the factory for installing the machines first and stay about 30 days, and the electrician will stay about 15 days. the labor cost is USD 150 per day and per guys

Will you provide staff training and operation guidance after the machine is supplied ?

We will provide the technical training during the machine on-sit installation. if you have any questions about the operating and accessories after that, we can provide online video guidance.

What is the hardness of the tools (blades) used for slitting stainless steel and carbon steel

Alloy tool steel, annealed hardness: 223-216HB. Select the material of the cutting tool based on the raw material

What is the standard delivery time for 1 set machine ?

The production time is about 3-4 months for the standard machine which thickness is 0.3-3.0mm; The production time is about 4-5 months for customized models. Like customized knife shaft, motor power, bearings in key parts, load-bearing capacity for decoiler, recoiler and etc.
